115學年度校內轉系暨臺灣聯合大學系統學生轉校申請須知 Notes for Students Applying for Department Transfer and Inter-School Transfer under the University System of Taiwan (UST) in Academic Year 2026
  • 申請原則:
    • 學生申請轉系暨轉校至多得申請三個學系(含台灣聯合大學系統學生轉校)。
    • 申請台灣聯合大學系統學生轉校一校只能一個志願
    • 不得申請轉系之身份:
      • 依台灣聯合大學系統學生轉校規定核准轉入本校就讀者,不得申請轉系、組、院學士班。
      • 依離島生資格入學者,依據「離島地區學生保送高級中等以上學校辦法」第十條規定,不得申請轉校(系、科)。但有特殊情況報經原保送之地方政府同意者,不在此限。
      • 依招生簡章或相關法令之規定入學者。

  • 受理申請期限
    • 本學期受理學生轉系(未申請醫學系、中醫系志願者)暨轉校申請時間為115年6月8日(一)至7月2日(四)下午5:00止,逾期不受理。審查結果擬於115年8月13日(四)公告。
    • 申請志願內含醫學系或中醫系者截止時間皆為6月25日(四) 下午5:00止,逾期不受理。
  • 申請說明:
    • 路徑:本校單一入口→陽明交通大學→學籍成績管理系統→學籍→個人管理→線上學籍異動申請→轉系申請。
    • 系統擬於6月8日開放受理申請。
    • 校內轉系暨台聯大轉校系統操作說明,請詳系統操作說明
    • 系統預設為申請校內轉系,如要申請台聯大轉校,請勾選「台聯大」選擇學校並自行輸入完整學系(組)名稱。
    • 申請台聯大轉校,申請表須經由系主任及導師簽核。請與就讀學系聯繫確認可簽核的時間。
  • 資料準備與繳交:
    • 請依規定備齊要申請之系所要求的審查文件,一個志願準備一份審查資料並用大4K(B4)牛皮紙信封裝好。備齊後於申請截止時間前送至所屬校區的註冊組並繳交成績單工本費(每份20元)。
      • 申請校內轉系者,先至註冊組繳交「轉系(組)暨轉校申請表」及相關資料,經註冊組檢視並彌封後,由學生將申請資料繳至志願學系。
      • 申請台聯大轉校者,由註冊組收件並轉交給申請學校。
    • 以上資料袋封面黏貼規定的「審查資料封面」,封口請勿黏貼
    • 本校成績單:由註冊組統一印製並送至志願學系(無需自行準備),一個志願一份成績單並收取成績單工本費每份20元。
    • 繳費方式:
      • 至註冊組繳費。
      • 或至「學籍成績文件線上申請系統」(網址:https://regapp.nycu.edu.tw/Views/User/UserLogin)申請成績單,於備註欄填寫「申請校內轉系暨轉校用」,如未備註將視為一般申請件
    • 如欲申請的系所要求「操行成績」,請自行檢附。
      • 申請路徑:本校單一入口→陽明交通大學→學務資訊系統2.0→操行成績單
  • 以上符合各學系之轉系申請條件者,不代表通過轉系,仍須經各學系審查小組審查通過,始得轉入。
  • 平轉:一年級轉二年級;降轉:二年級轉二年級。
  • 請告知您這學期所有修課課程教師,由於您有申請轉系(校),請授課教師協助盡量提前繳交您這學期的成績並上傳至學籍成績系統,以免影響您的轉系(校)結果。
  • 學士班之外國學生、僑生、陸生及身心障礙學生確因不合志趣或其他因素,無法在原系繼續肄業者,且需經相關單位(外國學生、僑生及陸生由境外生事務組輔導,身心障礙學生由健康心理中心輔導)查實後,得依本校學生轉系所辦法第5條規定辦理。於第二學年開始,並依教務處公告日期提出申請。
    • 符合上述條件的同學,請依照申請系所於期限內完成遞送:
      • 志願內含醫學系或中醫系者:請提前送至審核單位並於6月25日前將申請表送至註冊組
      • 志願為其他學系者:請提前送至審核單位並請於7月2日前將申請表送至註冊組

  • Application Period: 2026.06.08 (Mon) ~ 07.02 (Thu)
  • Application Principles:
    • Any student applying for transfer to another department may apply to a maximum of three departments (including any student between universities under the University System of Taiwan)
    • For UST transfers, students are limited to one preference per university.
    • Statuses ineligible for transfer application:
      • Students admitted to the University via the UST transfer regulations may not apply for internal department, division, or college bachelor's degree program transfers.
      • Students admitted under the offshore island student qualification, in accordance with Article 10 of the "Regulations on the Recommendation of Offshore Island Students to Senior High Schools and Above," may not apply for school (department, division) transfers. However, exceptions apply if special circumstances are reported to and approved by the original recommending local government.
      • Students admitted under specific regulations stated in the admission brochures or related laws.

  • Application Acceptance Period:
    • The application period for internal transfer (excluding the School of Medicine or School of Chinese Medicine) and UST transfer for this semester is from June 8, 2026 (Mon) to July 2, 2026 (Thu) at 5:00 PM. Late applications will not be accepted. The review results are scheduled to be announced on August 13, 2026 (Thu).
    • For applicants including the School of Medicine or School of Chinese Medicine in their preferences, the deadline is June 25, 2026 (Thu) at 5:00 PM. Late applications will not be accepted.
  • Application Instructions:
    • Path: NYCU Single Sign-On Portal → National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University → Academic and Grade Management System → Academic Records → Personal Management → Online Academic Status Change Application → Department Transfer Application.
    • The system is scheduled to open for applications on June 8.
    • For instructions on operating the system for internal and UST transfers, please refer to the "System Operation Manual".
    • The system defaults to internal transfer applications. If applying for a UST transfer, please check the "UST" box, select the university, and manually enter the complete name of the department (Program).
    • For UST transfer applications, the application form must be signed and approved by the Department Chair and the Academic Advisor. Please contact your current department to confirm available times for signature.
  • Document Preparation and Submission:
    • Please prepare the required review documents specified by the target department. Prepare one set of review documents per preference and pack them in a large 4K (B4) kraft paper envelope. Submit the prepared documents to the Division of Registrar on your campus before the application deadline and pay the transcript processing fee (NT$20 per copy).
      • For internal transfer applicants: First, submit the "Internal/UST Transfer Application Form" and related documents to the Division of Registrar. After the Division of Registrar reviews and seals the envelope, the student must submit the application materials to the target department.
      • For UST transfer applicants: The Division of Registrar will collect the documents and forward them to the target university.
    • Paste the required "Review Document Cover" on the front of the aforementioned document envelope. Please do not seal the envelope.
    • NYCU Transcripts: The Division of Registrar will uniformly print and send them to the target department (no need to prepare them yourself). One transcript will be provided per preference, and a processing fee of NT$20 per transcript will be charged. Payment Methods:
      • Pay at the Division of Registrar.
      • Or apply for a transcript via the "NYCU Academic Document Application System" (URL: https://regapp.nycu.edu.tw/Views/User/UserLogin). Write "For Internal/UST Transfer Application" in the remarks column. If not noted, it will be treated as a general application.
    • If the target department requires a "Conduct Grade," please attach it yourself.
      • Application Path: NYCU Portal → National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University → Mentor-Student Engagement Platform 2.0 → Conduct Grade.
  • Meeting the transfer application requirements of each department mentioned above does not guarantee approval. Transfers are still subject to review and approval by the review committee of each department.
  • Lateral Transfer: 1st year transferring to 2nd year; Downward Transfer: 2nd year transferring to 2nd year.
  • Please inform all your course instructors for this semester that you are applying for a transfer. Ask them to assist by submitting and uploading your grades for this semester to the Grading System as early as possible to avoid affecting your transfer results.
  • Foreign students, overseas Chinese students, Mainland Chinese students, and students with disabilities in bachelor’s degree programs who are unable to continue their studies in their original department due to a mismatch of interests or other factors may apply in accordance with Article 5 of the NYCU Regulations for Transfer of Students between Departments/Institutes. Such cases must first be verified and supported by the relevant offices (international, overseas Chinese, and Mainland Chinese students shall receive counseling and verification from the Division of Overseas Student Affairs; students with disabilities shall receive counseling and verification from the Mental Health and counseling Center). Applications can be submitted starting from the second academic year, by the date announced by the Office of Academic Affairs. Students meeting the above conditions should complete the submission to the target department within the deadline:
    • For preferences including the School of Medicine or School of Chinese Medicine : Please submit the application form to the review unit in advance, and then forward it to the Division of Registrar before June 25.
    • For other department preferences: Please submit the application form to the review unit in advance, and then forward it to the Division of Registrar before July 2.
