[注意事項]
  • 113校內轉系錄取名單暨申請台聯大轉出名單,附件
  • 113學年度台灣聯合大學系統學生轉校核准名單,<連結>
  • 注意事項:
    • 學號、班別:申請轉電機系、資工系及醫學系,班別依公告名單;若該系有AB兩班,單數學號在A班,偶數學號在B班。學號仍是舊學號。
    • 學生證換發:若欲換發,請於8月26日以後辦理(須自費)並確認學系已更新。
    • 路徑:[單一入口網頁]→[陽明交通大學]→[校園IC卡掛失系統]
    • 選課:原學系之必修課程及轉入系之必修課程於選課期間,自行加退選。
    • 註冊繳費:請於8月26日以後於繳費期限內自行完成繳費(下載後請務必確認是否為新的學系名稱)。
    • 學雜費繳費單請於繳費期限內自行至學校[單一入口網頁]點選[學雜費系統],即可下載列印繳費單。
    • 原系修習之課程,要承認為轉入學系之必修、必選課程,可依轉入學系之規定,申請課程免修
    • 課程免修申請單可於[註冊組網頁]→[各類申請表]→[成績相關]→[免修學分申請表]下載。
    • 本校學生轉系所辦法第四條規定經核准轉系之學生於錄取名單公告後一週內,得填具書面申請書向註冊組申請放棄。若要放棄轉系,請於8月22日(星期四)下午5點前完成。(校內轉系組放棄申請書)

  • Approved List of Inter-School Transfer under the University System of Taiwan (UST) in Academic Year 2024 <link>
  • Please pay attention to the following points:
    • Student ID No. and Class: For students applying to transfer to the Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering, Department of Computer Science or School of Medicine, the class assignments will follow the announcement list. If a department has two classes, Class A will be for odd-numbered student IDs, and Class B will be for even-numbered student IDs. The student ID No. remains the same.
    • Student ID Card Reissue: If you need to reissue your student ID card, please do so after August 26 (at your own expense) and ensure that the department has been updated. Path: [NYCU Portal] → [NYCU Campus] → [System for Reporting Loss of Campus IC Card].
    • Course Selection: During the course selection period, students should independently add or drop both the original department’s required courses and the new department’s required courses.
    • Registration Payment: Please complete the payment within the deadline after August 26 (ensure to check if the new department name is correct after downloading). The fee payment slip can be downloaded and printed by visiting the school’s [NYCU Portal] → [Tuition fee System].
    • Course Exemption: To have courses taken in the original department recognized as required or elective courses in the new department, you can apply for course exemption according to the new department's regulations. The application form for course exemption can be downloaded from [Division of Registrar] → [Various Application Forms] → [About Grades & Credit Transfer] → [NYCU Course Exemption Application Form].
    • Renounce Transfer: According to Article 4 of the NYCU Regulations for Transfer of Students between Departments/Institutws, students approved for transfer may submit a written application to the Division of the Registrar to renounce the transfer within one week after the admission list is announced. If you wish to renounce the transfer, please complete the application by 5:00 PM on August 22 (Thursday). (Renunciation Form)
