{"subject":"114下學期_停修課程申請至5月22日(五)下午5點前(逾期不受理)NYCU Student Course Withdrawal Application Policies","dataClassName":null,"pubUnitName":"課務組","posterDate":null,"updateDate":"115-04-27","detailContent":"嘿，親愛的同學們：<br />\r\n在學習這條路上，偶爾遇到撞牆期其實再正常不過了。如果你已經使出洪荒之力，結果還是和預期差了那麼一點點，千萬別否定自己，先給辛苦的自己一個擁抱吧🫶！<br />\r\n無法幫大家參與學習和考試的艱辛，更沒辦法殺豬、賣台積電養大家，課務組只能奉上最暖心的提醒：<br />\r\n⏰本學期的停修申請截止日： 5月22日（五）下午5點前。<br />\r\n希望大家都能找到最適合自己的學習節奏 ，踏實而穩定的在學習路上成長☀!!<br />\r\n敬祝<br />\r\n化平凡為神奇，希望永不滅，堅持到最後👑<br />\r\n&nbsp;<br />\r\n註：<br />\r\n<span style=\"color:#1abc9c;\">1、此信件是對全校所有學生公告信，不需要(停修)者可忽略!</span><br />\r\n2、停修申請表請至課務組索取或至課務組網頁&rarr;表格。(流程為①任課教師②系所主管簽核，再送③本校課務組處理。<strong>若有偽造文書等不法情事將不予受理，並追究法律責任</strong>。)<br />\r\n3、若同學欲停修【<span style=\"color:#c0392b;\">AI聯盟課程</span>】，請依下列說明辦理停修<br />\r\n(1)「578101機器導航與探索」：不接受期中停修。<br />\r\n(2)「535518深度學習」、「578001人工智慧倫理」，經校內任課/協同教師同意後，依本校時程(申請至5月22日截止)與申請流程辦理。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />\r\n(3)「578000機率與統計」、「578100生成式AI的人文導論」、「578102智慧製造執行系統」、「578103大型語言模型與資訊安全系統」、「578104生成式 AI 應用系統與工程」等5門課程，為利主導課程老師統一跨校管理學生名單，學生須透過 NTU COOL 平台提出期中停修申請。於4月27日~5月10日17:00 PM至 NTU COOL 平台填寫「期中停修意願申請表單」(相關停修申請訊息亦公告於E3)，每人限填一次且不可修改。通過後，請5月22日（五）下午5點前填寫本校的「停修申請表」(流程為①任課教師(免簽)②系所主管簽核，再送③本校課務組處理)。<br />\r\n<br />\r\n4、因為業務環環相扣，麻煩同學若需要申請停修本校課程，請於<span style=\"color:#c0392b;\">5月22日（五）下午5點前</span>完成。(若有問題，請於期限內至課務組詢問處理，<span style=\"color:#c0392b;\"><span style=\"background-color:#ffff33;\">逾期不受理</span></span>)<br />\r\n5、同學常問之停修問題：<br />\r\n(1)【校際選修課程】請於兩校最早截止日期前辦理，並請外校課務組簽核(如：清華大學停修截止日為5月8日(五))。<br />\r\n(2)成績單上，停修課程會註記W，不會打分數或影響平均分數。<br />\r\n(3)目前已取消【停修課程數】與【每學期最低應修學分數】之限制，請同學自行斟酌自己的畢業學分數辦理。<br />\r\n(4)繳交申請表後，請同學務必上「一般選課系統」確認該課程註記為停修。<br />\r\n<br />\r\n&nbsp;1.「Course Withdrawal Application Form」could be downloaded from this path: https://aa.nycu.edu.tw/aa/ch/app/data/view?module=nycu0038&amp;id=2508&amp;serno=daf0d31f-4509-450d-9653-bdbcc8f2726e<br />\r\n2.Please obtain both the instructor&rsquo;s and department chair&rsquo;s approvals then submit the application form to the Division of Curriculum by the deadline: 17:00 PM May 22, 2026.<br />\r\nThe approval procedure is as follows:<br />\r\nCourse instructor&nbsp; &rarr; ② Department chairperson &rarr; ③ Division of Curriculum.<br />\r\n3. Withdrawal for TAICA Mirror courses are as follows:<br />\r\n578000 Probability and Statistics<br />\r\n578100 Introducing Generative AI for the Humanities<br />\r\n578102 Intelligent Manufacturing Execution Systems<br />\r\n578103 Applying Large Language Models in Cybersecurity Systems<br />\r\n578104 Generative AI Application Systems and Engineering<br />\r\nTo ensure unified cross-campus student management, students are required to submit their midterm withdrawal applications via the NTU COOL platform.
