\r\n二、上課日期及方式：依公告之課程時間表。(上課日期、時間可能異動，請選課前務必再確認!)
\r\n
\r\n三、①選課+②繳費：寒假課程除停開外，繳費後不受理退費，請慎重選課，並事先確認課程是否可被承認為畢業學分。
\r\n
\r\n(一)選課：
\r\n1. 時間：搭配114下學期初選第2階段選課時間(12月29-31日)。最晚選課時間：12月31日(三)上午10:00止。
\r\n2. 選課：請登入本校【單一入口網站】，選擇：【一般選課系統】-【其他課程-寒假課程】選課。
\r\n3. 寒修有人數限制課程只做一次分發，分發後若老師個別加簽同意者，請學生使用寒修加簽單於1月5日(週一)中午12:00前辦理。
\r\n4. 寒假課程及學生選課資料將配合「成績登錄」轉移學期別。
\r\n
\r\n(二)繳費(繳費前請確認課程及金額，繳費後不受理退費)：
\r\n1. 學分費：請參考「寒修選課收費標準」(如下表)。
\r\n2. 繳費：目前只有ATM轉帳方式：銀行代碼808(玉山銀行)、帳號：95500810504225 (14碼)。
\r\n3. 繳費後，請登入本校【單一入口網站】，選擇：【電子表單系統】新增案件/申請類/「 114學年度寒假課程繳費確認表」。填寫同學的學號、繳費帳號後五碼、繳費金額。(詳細畫面說明請參考：課務組網頁之「寒假課程繳費確認流程」)
\r\n
\r\n四、成績登錄：
\r\n(一)寒假課程成績暫列在114學年度第1學期，但不列入114學年度第1學期的學期平均成績及學期排名計算。
\r\n(二)115學年度系統完備後，寒假課程將與暑期課程做法相同，獨立於寒暑期課程成績欄位。
\r\n
\r\n五、課程開班條件：
\r\n(一)繳費人數達16人以上。
\r\n(二)專任教師課程選課人數已達一般學期規定之最低選課人數，經專案簽請教務長核准者可開課。
\r\n(三)寒假課程繳費人數低於16人是否停開，以課務組1月5日(一)下午17:00公告為準，停開課程已繳之學分費全額退費，退費手續請依課務組公告辦理。
\r\n
\r\n六、其他重要事項：
\r\n(一)學生於寒假修課期間，若因特殊原因而無法繼續修讀課程者，得在期末考前申請停修課程，但不得辦理退費。
\r\n(二)新生修課後放棄入學資格，不受理退費，若要申請寒修成績證明，須補繳選讀生相關費用差額。
\r\n(三)學生於114學年度第1學期休學的學生請勿寒假選課，不受理退費。
\r\n(四)本學年寒假選課不開放校際選修。
\r\n(五)本學年寒假課程無須教學反應問卷填答。
\r\n

\r\n1. Course Dates and Instruction Mode: Please refer to the official winter session timetable. (Course dates and class times are subject to change, please make sure to reconfirm all course information before registering.)
\r\n
\r\n2. Course Registration and Payment: Except for course cancellations, no refunds will be issued after payment is completed. Please register carefully and confirm in advance whether the credits can be counted toward your graduation requirements.
\r\n

\r\nA. Registration Period: Aligned with the 2nd stage of course registration  December 29 - 31 (until 10:00)
\r\nB. How to Register: Login NYCU portal => General Course System => Other Courses- Winter Session Courses
\r\nC. Course Distribution: Courses with enrollment limits will be distributed once only. If the instructor approves an individual add-in, please submit the  Winter Session Course Add-on Request Form by January 5 (Mon), 12:00 noon.
\r\nD. System Processing: Winter session course enrollment data will later be shifted to the appropriate semester category for grade processing.
\r\nPayment (Please confirm the selected course and total credit fees before payment, once the payment is made then is not refundable. Currently only ATM transfer is available.)
\r\n

\r\n3. Grade Entry
\r\nA. Winter session course grades will be temporarily recorded under the fall semester of Academic Year 2025, but will NOT be included in the semester average and rankings. 
\r\nB. In Academic Year 2026-2027, winter session courses will be recorded independently, similar arrangement to the summer course.
\r\n
\r\n4. Winter Session Course Opening Conditions
\r\nA Course will be opened if at least 16 students have completed payment.
\r\nB. Courses taught by full-time faculty may be opened with fewer students if the enrollment meets the minimum requirement of regular semesters and  approval is granted by the Dean of Academic Affairs.
\r\nC. Whether a course will be cancelled will be determined according to the announcement made by Division of Curriculum on January 5 (Monday) at 17:00. For cancelled courses, the credit fees will be fully refunded. Please follow the refund procedures announced by the Division of Curriculum.   
\r\n
\r\nOther important information:
\r\n1. Students who are unable to continue their winter session course(s) due to special circumstances may apply for course withdrawal before the final exam. However, no refunds will be issued.
\r\n2. Freshmen who cancel their admission after registering for winter session courses are not eligible for refunds. If a transcript of winter session course is needed, students must pay the differences in applicable fees.
\r\n3. Students who are on leave of absence for fall semester of Academic Year 2025 do not register winter session course. No refunds will be processed for such cases.
\r\n4. Inter-university course registration is not available for this year’s winter session courses.
\r\n5. Questionnaire on Response to Teaching are not required for this year’s winter session courses.
