<![CDATA[因應114學年度畢業典禮辦理，惠請各開課單位及授課教師配合辦理應屆畢業生參與典禮之權益保障事宜。]]>課務組115-03-31<![CDATA[一、畢業典禮為莘莘學子重要之學習里程碑，為兼顧教學進度與學生參與畢業典禮之權益，特此宣導。<br />
二、本校114學年度畢業典禮訂於115年6月12日（星期五）下午辦理，敬請當日下午有排課之教師，先行盤點修課學生中是否有應屆畢業生，若因應屆畢業生參與畢業典禮無法出席課程，得採非同步線上教學、彈性調整上課/考試時間/補考等替代方案；應屆畢業生出席畢業典禮得請公假出席，不列入課程缺席扣分，以兼顧其修業與參與畢業典禮之權益。<br />
三、請各開課單位協助轉知授課教師相關事宜，並協助落實相關配套措施。<br />
四、有關本校畢業典禮辦理事宜，請洽學務處課外活動輔導一、二組。<br />

1. The announcement aims to underscore the graduation ceremony symbolizes a significant milestone in our students’ academic journeys. Our goal is to balance teaching progress with the rights of graduating student to attend the graduation ceremony. <br />
2. The ceremony is scheduled for the afternoon of Friday 12 June 2026. Instructors with classes scheduled during this time are kindly requested to implement the following measures: <br />
• Identify whether there are graduating students enrolled in your courses. <br />
• If graduating students are unable to attend class due to the ceremony, please adopt alternative arrangements, such as asynchronous online teaching, adjusting class/exam schedules, or providing make-up exams. <br />
• Graduating students shall be granted official leave to attend the ceremony; such absences should not result in any grade deductions against their attendance records.<br />
3. Each course-offering unit is requested to disseminate information to all instructors and assist in the implementation of these supporting measures.<br />
