\r\n面對教學現場的變化，無論是學生學習方式的轉變，或是科技進步所帶來的影響，皆需重新思考教學的核心：如何以學習者為中心來設計教學。當能從學習者的角度出發，深入檢視並釐清自身在教學中的問題與痛點，往往更容易在教學設計上找到新的突破與可能。透過本次以工作坊形式，一同探索現今教育環境與自身面臨教學問題思考與對話，透過系統性的思考與討論，協助教師調整與優化課堂中的教學設計，進而為學生創造有效的學習體驗。

\r\n登分期限：
\r\n自114年12月15日(一)~115年1月16日(五) (每日晚上11點至隔日早上5點半系統做資料同步及批次處理，請避開此時段傳送成績)
\r\n
\r\n評分說明：\r\n\r\n\t- 系統預設為等第制評分方式，老師如以百分輸入，請先將評分方式改為百分法，系統會將其百分成績依照【等第與百分對照表】換算為等第成績並儲存，性質特殊之科目，得採「通過\\不通過」之考評方式。
\r\n\t- 凡課程因「實驗未完成」、「專題未完成」或「其他人力不可抗拒之原因」未能於繳交成績期限前評定成績者，未完成成績評定部份得以「I」（Incomplete）註記於成績欄。惟為求教學正常，不宜一課程多數同學成績均註記「I」。註記「I」之成績至遲仍需於次學期上課開始日前(115年2月12日)完成成績評定並登錄。
\r\n\t- 修讀跨學期之課程，若第二學期才提供成績者，其第一學期得以「Y」註記於成績欄。 成績註記「Y」之課程將不列入該學期平均成績、修課總學分、實得學分、及排名計算。

\r\n
\r\n延遲登分說明：\r\n\r\n\t- 課程因故無法於期限內登錄成績，應填寫「教師申請學期成績延期登分申請表」於期限前經授課單位主管、所屬院長、教務長核可後方可申請延期登分。
\r\n\t- 申請核可教師需另自行周知學生，並至遲於次學期上課開始日前一工作日(115年2月12日)完成成績登分。逾期登錄成績亦未申請延期登分者，提至行政會議公布名單。
\r\n\t- 「教師申請學期成績延期登分申請表」可自行於教務處網頁/表格/分類-註冊組/行政人員專區下載使用。
\r\n
\r\n
\r\n成績更改規定：\r\n\r\n\t- 成為正式成績後，教師不能更改，如欲更改成績請下載「教師申請更改學期成績表」以書面敘明原因提出申請，並依學生成績作業要點規定程序辦理更改。
\r\n\t- 教師更改學期成績表可於學籍成績系統下載或至教務處網頁/表格/分類-註冊組/行政人員專區下載。
\r\n\t- 教師更改學生114學年度第1學期成績截止日為次學期行事曆「上課開始日」起一週內完成(115年2月26日以前)。
\r\n\t- 另依本校學生成績作業要點第九點第三項之規定:「成績更正案之程序全部完成時，若已逾學士班排名作業時間，不再重新排名，以免損及其他學生之權益。」再次提醒老師在成績登分時，務請核對正確無誤。

\r\nStudents' Semester Grade reporting Instructions for the First Semester of 2025 Academic Year
\r\n
\r\nGrade reporting Period:
\r\nFrom Monday, December 15, 2025 to Friday, January 16, 2026 (the duration from 11 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. the next day, the system will synchronize and process data in batches; therefore, please avoid transmitting score results during this period).
\r\n
\r\nGrade Instructions:\r\n\r\n\r\n\t- The system defaults to Grade Point Average (GPA) system as the grade method. If a teacher intends to enter scores with a full point of 100, please change the grade method to the 100-point scores method first, and the system will convert the 100-point scores into rankings according to the [Table of Comparison of Grade Point Averages (GPA) Converted into 100-Point Scores] and store the same. Any subject of a special nature may be graded by indication of "pass” or “fail".
\r\n\t- If the grade of any course is unable to be assigned before the deadline for grade submission due to “incompletion of experiment,” “incompletion of project” or “other cause of force majeure,” the part for which a grade has not been assigned may be marked as “I” (Incomplete) in the grade field. For the purpose of normal teaching, it is not advisable to mark the grades of a majority of the students taking a course as “I.” Any grade marked as “I” shall be assigned and reported before the start date of the next semester (February 12, 2026) at the latest.
\r\n\t- If only available in the second semester for the courses that span two semesters, grade results may be marked with "Y" in the grade column for the first semester. Courses whose grades are marked with "Y" will not be included in the calculation of the semester average grade, total number of credits taken, earned credits, and ranking.
\r\n
\r\n
\r\nDelayed Grade Submission Instructions:\r\n\r\n\r\n\t- If the grade of any course is unable to be reported before the deadline, an “Application Form for Delayed Semester Grade Submission” may be filed before the deadline subject to approval by the director of the teaching unit, the dean of the college supervising the teaching unit, and the Dean of the Academic Affairs.
\r\n\t- Any teacher applying for such approval shall inform the student, and complete reporting the grade before the class starts of the next semester (February 12, 2026) at the latest. Teachers who have failed to report grades by the deadline and apply for delayed reporting will be included in a list submitted to and published by an administrative meeting.
\r\n\t- The "Application Form for Delayed Semester Grade Submission " can be downloaded for use from the Office of Academic Affairs’ website/Forms/Division of Registrar/ For Administration Staff.
\r\n
\r\n
\r\nGrade Correction Instructions:\r\n\r\n\r\n\t- Teachers cannot change any grades formally submitted. If wishing to change such grades, please download the " Application Form by Teacher for Change of the Semester Grade " and apply with a written explanation of the reason, and follow the procedures prescribed by the NYCU Regulations for Grading of Students to make such changes.
\r\n
\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\n\t- The “Application Form by Teacher for Change of the Semester Grade” can be downloaded from the Grading System or from the Office of Academic Affairs’ website/Forms/ Division of Registrar /For Administration Staff.
\r\n\t- The procedure for the correction of any grades shall be completed within one week following the “start date” on the academic calendar of the next semester (before February 26, 2026).
\r\n\t- In addition, according to the provisions of Paragraph 3 of Article 9 of the NYCU Regulations for Grading of Students, "If full completion of the procedure for grade correction occurs on a date outside the period of ranking of bachelor’s students, the ranking will not be reset in order to not affect the rights of other students.” We hereby remind teachers again to check whether the scores are correctly registered.

\r\n\r\nAnnouncement of Erudite Scholarship Application for the 2025 Academic Year.
\r\nThe Erudite Scholarship was implemented starting from the 2023 academic year. Beginning from the 2025 academic year, eligibility will be adjusted to first-year doctoral students (including students who have been directly admitted to the PhD program, or students who have been enrolled in February)who have been admitted and enrolled at NYCU. The Erudite Scholarship will be discontinued starting from the 2026 academic year.
\r\nThe amount of scholarship is based on the actual tuition fees paid for the semester of application (excluding the credit fees for the teacher education program, individual instruction fees for music majors, and various mandatory fees).

Courses that Inspire Students are the ones in which the teacher offers innovative teaching methods and specific strategies, as well as embrace interdisciplinary teaching – based on factors like what they’re teaching, the students’ learning characteristics, and the classroom climate – to change the classroom environment so that the course can better suit the students’ needs and encourage them to give useful feedback. \r\nPrinciples for Handling Postgraduate Students’ Degree Examinations and Status from the End of the First Semester of the 2025 Academic Year to the Beginning of the Second Semester of the 2025 Academic Year
\r\nAccording to the NYCU Regulations for Conferral of Graduate Degrees, the principles for handling postgraduate students’ degree examinations and status from the end of the first semester of the 2025 academic year to the beginning of the second semester of the 2025 academic year are established as follows:
\r\n
The deadline for application for a degree examination in the first semester of the 2025 academic year: January 23, 2026.
\r\nStudents must pass their degree examination and submit the degree examination result sheet to the Division of Registrar before January 30, 2026 (inclusive).
\r\nThose who’ve failed to complete the school-leaving procedures and submit a copy of their thesis before February 12, 2026 (inclusive) (the last working day before the start of the second semester of the 2025 academic year) but have not exceeded their time to completion should register and pay for tuition and fees for the second semester of the 2025 academic year; those who’ve failed to do the same and also exceeded their time to completion are subject to academic dismissal from their program.
\r\n
The starting date of a degree examination in the second semester of the 2025 academic year: February 1, 2026.
\r\nStudents who pass their degree examination, submit the degree examination result sheet to the Division of Registrar, and complete the school-leaving procedures before February 12, 2026 (inclusive) (the last working day before the start of the second semester of the 2025 academic year) are not required to pay for tuition and fees.

國立陽明交通大學第三屆智慧創新跨域潛力人才競賽
\r\n金融科技微學程

本校教學發展中心114年執行教育部智慧創新關鍵人才躍升計畫，為不同背景學生設計加值軟體技術應用能力，規劃並推動「金融科技」微學程。
\r\n為鼓勵本校學生運用所學程式相關實作知識之跨域整合學習，以及培育跨域團隊合作能力，特舉辦校內智慧創新跨域潛力人才競賽活動。

\r\n一、競賽主題：
\r\n本競賽主題為「金融科技實作與應用」。
\r\n
\r\n二、參賽對象：
\r\n本校大學部學生，2~5人自行組隊參賽，自行選出1名隊員擔任隊長 (競賽聯繫窗口)。

\r\n三、競賽獎項
\r\n競賽總獎金5萬元，獎項如下：
\r\n特優1隊：每隊獎金2萬元，獎狀每員1紙。
\r\n優等5隊：每隊獎金6仟元，獎狀每員1紙。

\r\n原來，醫學和藝術可以結合在一起!!
\r\n「醫學繪圖師」是一群經過嚴格的解剖學、醫學、與藝術創作專業能力訓練的專家，如同翻譯者，將艱澀抽象的醫學內容轉譯為可理解並具說服力的視覺語言，而這樣的專業目前在臺灣尚無正式的醫學視覺化學位培育課程，因此格外稀有。
\r\n本次很榮幸邀請到臺大醫院教學部的張育瑄醫師──從美國約翰斯霍普金斯醫學院(全世界最早成立的合格醫學繪圖師專門訓練機構)完成專業訓練且唯一歸國的臺灣籍畢業生，與我們分享從醫師到醫學繪圖師的相關經驗與心路歷程，如何在既非傳統醫療人員，也不同於一般藝術家中走出自己的一條路，一起來探索醫學X藝術的跨域世界吧!

為鼓勵本校成績優異且具研究潛力之優秀學生逕修讀本校博士班，以積極培育國家社會所需高級研究人才，特訂定學生逕修讀博士學位獎學金作業要點，112學年度起擴大辦理為獎勵兩校區學生。
\r\n\r\n
一、獎學金金額：每名獎學金每月二萬元為上限，計給獎一年。當學年度獎學金金額由甄選小組決定並陳請校長核定。
\r\n\r\n
\r\n\r\n
二、申請資格條件(前三項條件均須符合)：
\r\n\r\n
(一)經本校各博士班審核通過逕修讀博士學位，並由指導教授及系所主管推薦之本地生、僑生及外籍生(不含經香港、澳門及大陸地區招生管道入學者)，惟產學創新研究學院逕博生請依產學創新研究學院獎學金施行辦法辦理。
\r\n\r\n
(二)逕修讀博士班之第一學年，且為全時進修(非在職)者。
\r\n\r\n
(三)學逕博學生之學士班畢業成績排名在該班學生前百分之二十以內;碩逕博學生之碩士班學業成績總平均達GPA3.38以上。
\r\n\r\n
(四)通過CEFR語言能力參考指標B2等級者尤佳。
\r\n\r\n
備註：全時進修是指無從事有酬勞之專兼職工作，惟在校內擔任協助教學或研究工作者不在此限。
\r\n
\r\n\r\n
三、申請期限:
\r\n\r\n
每學年受理申請一次，每年9月份上課開始日起至9月底最後一個上班日受理申請，逾期不予受理。
\r\n\r\n

四、申請方式

(一)為配合永續發展校園，推動無紙化作業， 除推薦信外，其他申請文件僅接受電子檔申請，請學生每年9月底前以電子檔案方式辦理，電子檔請合併成一個pdf檔繳交，檔案上限100MB，申請資料之上傳網址將由承辦人員另行通知。

\r\nAnnouncement of the NYCU Regulations for Students in Direct Pursuit of a PhD Degree Scholarship
\r\n
\r\nTo encourage current excellent students with research potential to apply for direct entry to NYCU’s PhD program, so as to proactively cultivate advanced research talents for our country and society, the NYCU Regulations for Students in Direct Pursuit of a PhD Degree Scholarship have been established. Starting from Academic Year 2023, the Regulations were expanded to cover students on both campuses.
\r\n\r\n
\r\n\t- Amount of the Scholarship: Up to NT$20,000 per month and 12 months. The amount of the Scholarship is subject to change in accordance with the budget and the number of awardees.The scholarship amount for the current academic year is determined by the Selection Committee and submitted to the President for approval.
\r\n\t- Eligibility for application: (applicants should be eligible for the first three at the same time):\r\n\t
\r\n\t\t- Local students, overseas Chinese students, and international students (excluding those admitted through the admission channels from Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China), who pass the review process of each PhD program and are recommended by their advisors and department chair. Applicants for Industry Academia Innovation School (IAIS) PhD programs should follow the scholarship implementation regulations of the IAIS.
\r\n\t\t- Full-time PhD students without working any paid jobs in their first academic year (part-time PhD students are not eligible).
\r\n\t\t- Undergraduate students applying for direct entry to PhD programs must have graduated from their bachelor’s program with a ranking within the top 20% of their class. Master’s students applying for direct entry to PhD programs should have an average GPA of at least 3.38.
\r\n\t\t- Applicants with English Proficiency Certificate at CEFR Level B2 (or higher) will be given favorable consideration.
\r\n\t

Note: Full-time students refer to those who are not engaged in paid full-time or part-time work, except for those working on research projects led by NYCU professors as part-timers.

\r\n電子成績單僅以PDF格式呈現，若檔案列印文本，則會出現「Copy of Official Document」字樣，表示該文件非本校發放之正式文件。

【學籍成績文件申請系統】進入申請，每次收費 NT$ 200，可寄送 2 個 E-mail Address，每增加 1 個 E-mail Address 再加收 NT$ 20。
\r\n提醒：電子成績單寄送方式僅以學校電子公務信箱發送經電子簽章的成績單。請確認收件單位可接受此一遞送方式後，再行申請。若無法受理，建議以「紙本彌封遞送方式」申請，以保障您的權益。

The content consists of the statement of authenticity, the body of the transcript, and the transcript guide. It is a portable PDF file.

\r\nThe Official PDF Transcript is considered official in PDF format only. If printed, the words Copy of Official Document will appear to indicate that the paper copy is not an official institutional document.
\r\nAccessing the System:

NYCU Academic Document Application System \r\nThe fee for each application containing two email address is NTD$200. NTD$20 will be charged for each additional email address.
\r\nThe official electronic transcript which has been digitally signed will be sent via the university official email address only. The student should make certain that the recipient is willing to accept the electronic transcript as an official document. Otherwise it is recommended to send a sealed official paper transcript to the recipient to protect your rights and interests.
\r\nWe suggest that the electronic academic transcript be ordered by alumni. The current students (including students who have not received all their grades), and new graduates who have not yet received their diplomas order the paper academic transcript, as the contents of the transcript are not yet final. Your electronic academic transcript will be processed immediately after we receive your payment. If the electronic academic transcript cannot be used because your grades have not come out completely, you must be responsible for it. \r\n1.本校「著作彙編之學位論文應行注意事項」修正案業經114年3月18日113學年度第3次教務會議審議通過，
\r\n本次修正主要是新增學位論文部分或全部已投稿但尚未被接受相關聲明、彙編著作之類型，
\r\n並調整採著作彙編之學位論文其共同作者達5人以上的簽署方式。圖書館論文上傳系統亦已調整，請研究生依修訂後之規定辦理。

\r\n1.The amendment to the “National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University Rules for Thesis by Publication” was approved at the 3rd Academic Affairs Meeting of the 2024 academic year on March 18, 2025. The main revisions include: the addition of a declaration for cases where part or all of academic works has been submitted for publication but not yet accepted; the types of a Thesis by Publication; and adjustments to the signature requirements when a Thesis by Publication includes co-authors numbering five or more. The thesis submission system of the library has also been updated accordingly. Graduate students are requested to follow the revised regulations.

【教學發展中心】微學程課程招募中，申請期限至114年4月7日止 Micro Program Recruitment Ongoing
\r\n為進一步鼓勵本校學生跨領域學習，教務處於112學年試辦微學程計畫，希望透過8到12學分微型課程設計及明確的修課路徑，確保學生能夠有系統地學習跨領域的知識和技能，藉此提升學生未來學術與職業競爭力。
\r\n我們誠摯邀請各教學單位參與設計並開設具跨領域特色的微學程，幫助學生更靈活地結合學業需求，更能探索專業興趣，提升自我成長，隨信附上相關辦法供您參考。

\r\nIn order to further encourage our students to engage in interdisciplinary learning, the Office of Academic Affairs has launched a trial Micro Program in the 112th academic year. This initiative aims to design micro program ranging from 8 to 12 credits, with clear learning pathways to ensure that students systematically acquire interdisciplinary knowledge and skills. Through this, we hope to enhance their academic and professional competitiveness in the future.
\r\nWe sincerely invite all academic units to participate in designing and offering interdisciplinary Micro Programs. These programs will help students more flexibly integrate their academic needs, explore their professional interests, and foster personal growth. \r\nAATL(Adobe Approved Trust List,AATL)簽章是國外廣泛使用的數位簽章憑證，當文件在國際使用跟流通時可以被直接驗證和信任，大幅提升驗證便利性。
\r\n本校將「已發行」的教育部數位學位證書，透過AATL憑證技術進行數位簽章，簽章後的數位學位證書，可以直接以Adobe Acrobat Reader開啟電子文件驗證發行單位與真偽性。

\r\n開放對象：110學年度以後完成畢業離校程序，已領取數位學位證書之畢業生。
\r\n申請路徑：登入【學籍成績文件申請系統】，點選「電子檔文件申請」。
\r\n收取費用：NT$ 200/份(AATL簽章學位證書目前未開放補發，請妥善保管)。

\r\nStarting May 2025, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU) is pleased to announce the official launch of AATL signed digital diploma applications.
\r\nThis initiative is in collaboration with Taiwan-CA Inc. (TWCA).
\r\nThe Adobe Approved Trust List (AATL) is a widely recognized international standard that can be directly verified and trusted when documents are used and circulated globally.
\r\nWhen documents bearing an AATL signature are used and circulated internationally, they can be directly verified and trusted, significantly enhancing the convenience of validation.
\r\nNYCU will digitally sign "issued" Ministry of Education digital diplomas using AATL certificate technology. These AATL signed digital diplomas can be directly opened with Adobe Acrobat Reader, allowing for easy verification of the issuing institution and the authenticity of the electronic document.

Eligible Applicants: Students currently enrolled at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (including local students in both undergraduate and master’s programs, excluding those enrolled in executive master’s programs, as well as international students for whom English is not their native language).

\r\n2. Application Period: Applications must be submitted within the same year in which the examination was taken. However, applications for the BESTEP English Proficiency Test may be made retroactively for tests taken on or after August 1, 2025 (subject to the project timeline). Each student may apply once for the “BESTSET” and once for “Other English Tests” during their academic period.
\r\n \r\n\r\n\t- For those who have passed the English proficiency tests specified in the guidelines from January 1, 2026, to the December 10, 2026, applications must be submitted and verified at the office no later than December 10, 2026. Late applications will not be accepted. Applicants who cannot comply with the relevant regulations and schedule may have their applications rejected at the discretion of the receiving and reviewing units.
\r\n\t- For incentive applications under the BESTSET program, eligible test dates are from August 1, 2025, to December 10, 2026. Applications must be submitted and verified in person at the office no later than December 10, 2026. Late applications will not be accepted.(As the BESTSET-related project is retroactively applicable to tests taken on or after August 1, 2025.)

\r\n二、選課網址：本校生請由陽明交大單一入口，請點選「陽明交通大學」-「一般選課系統」。
\r\n
\r\n三、初選前請先「填答問卷」
\r\n (一)114上學期填答教學反應問卷時間為：114年11月10日-114年12月28日
\r\n (二)填答完以上問卷後，請按「重新整理」後，再「選課」。
\r\n
\r\n四、選課前，請先「課程規劃」(非正式選課)。選課時間，同學從「課程規劃」區將課程加入正式「選課」清單。
\r\n(一)「課程規劃」：非正式選課，所以無衝堂檢查、無擋修限制、無主開系所設定的選課優先權(系所/年級)限制。
\r\n若系上課程共掛為校共同核心課程，將從選課路徑判斷其選別。選課路徑：選擇【學系】時，會認列為系上「必修/選修課程」；選擇【核心課程】時，將會認列為「核心課程」。惟博雅書苑與該學系規定其課程僅能作為學系必修/選修課程時，請勿從【核心課程】路徑選修該課程，避免無法符合畢業條件。如欲調整選別，請從課程規劃區刪除課程後，重新選擇正確的路徑再加選課程。
\r\n (二)「選課期間」，同學從「課程規劃」區將課程加入正式「選課」清單。
\r\n(1)正式選課有衝堂、擋修、選課優先權(系所/年級)等限制。若系統顯示「未開放」，表示該課程有選課優先權對象限制(系所/年級)，如有疑問請洽「主開單位」助理。(助理依照學生選課需求，不同選課階段會有不同的選課優先權的限制)。
\r\n(2)正式選課期間，因選課系統會有衝堂、擋修、選課優先權等檢核機制，需要運算時間，如同時上線人數較多時會造成系統運作較慢，請同學耐心等候，並可參考選課系統內系統運作情形(塞車燈號)。
\r\n
\r\n五、114下學期學生選課時間為：
\r\n(一)初選第一階段：12月22日中午12:00~12月25日上午10:00
\r\n(1)選課時間：24小時不關機
\r\n(2)選課分發：12月25日(四)上午10:00關機，系統進行有人數上限課程亂數分發。
\r\n(二)初選第二階段：12月29日中午12:00~12月31日上午10:00
\r\n(1)選課時間：24小時不關機
\r\n(2)選課分發：12月31日(三) 上午10:00關機，系統進行有人數上限課程亂數分發。
\r\n(三)初選第三階段：2月9日中午12:00~2月11日上午10:00
\r\n(1)選課時間：24小時不關機
\r\n(2)選課分發：2月11(三)上午10:00關機，系統進行有人數上限課程亂數分發。
\r\n(四)開學後加退選：2月23日中午12:00~3月9日上午10:00 (最後選課截止為3月9日上午10:00)
\r\n(1)選課時間：每日中午12:00至次日10:00止。
\r\n(2)選課分發：每日上午10:00至中午12:00進行有人數上限課程之選課隨機分發。
\r\n
\r\n六、碩博士班生必修課程，請同學參考各系所專班修課規定後，務必上網選課。(例如：書報討論、論文研究、個別研究、專題研究等等)
\r\n
\r\n七、學士班同學選修「學士班共同」
\r\n(一)校共同(核心、語言溝通、體育等)：請留意校共同課程之上課地點(如[YM]或[GF])。
\r\n(二)院共同：目前有管理學院、資訊學院、電機系、工學院。
\r\n
\r\n八、選課常見問題：
\r\n(一)選課顯示「未開放」，表示你未有該課程的選課優先權，若想進一步了解狀況，請洽主開單位助理。
\r\n(二)選課分發是系統亂數隨機分發，若沒分發上最常見狀況為：
\r\n(1)課程衝堂。
\r\n(2)課程人數已滿。
\r\n(3)課程分發上限。(核心與語言溝通的各階段分發上限。微積分、物理、體育與院共同課程之同類課程最多分發上一門。建議同學加選共同課程，請將志願加滿，選上後，於開學後加退選階段再調整。
\r\n
\r\n九、學生選課作業已全面網路化，同學選課以網路為主。但在特殊情況下(如：必修課程退選、人數已滿課程加選、優先權限制)，無法於網路加退選時，學生請先詢問該課程是否開放書面加選。若可接受書面加選，請同學填寫『網路選課加退選處理表』。繳單後，請同學務必上選課系統確認課程，自己欲修習的所有課程皆要與網路上課表一致(最後的選課情形以「一般選課系統」為主)。
\r\n十、學生若有「課程與選課規劃」相關問題，請逕洽各所屬學系辦公室助理、導師。若有「選課系統操作」相關問題，請電洽課務組同仁。

\r\n十一、請同學務必於3月6日(五)前，上網檢查自己選課情形。「確認選課狀況」：選課情形以網路為主（自己欲修習課程請與網路上課表一致）。若是校際選修的同學：請於繳單次日上網確認校際選修的課程。
\r\n十二、E3系統將於次日更新選課資料，若有E3問題請洽數位教學中心，分機：31433。

During the course selection period, you must add the courses to the “register list” then check out the course selection result.
\r\n(1) Emulator is for planning only, there will be no schedule conflict/restriction check.
\r\nIf you want to adjust the electives, please delete the original course from the emulator area and select a new path to add courses.
\r\n(2) During the course selection period, you must add courses to the “register list”. You may not be able to register a course if it conflicts with another course. \r\n(1) Accessible hours of the course registration system are from 12:00 PM every day to 10:00 AM next day.
\r\n(2) The system will be closed from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM every day (students will be assigned according to computer-randomized numbers within a class quota)

\r\nGraduate students please refer to the required course regulations of your programs and make sure you register the core courses as required.
\r\nCommon Required Courses：Please pay attention to the class location of common required courses in college and common required courses for undergraduate. And please do not select the required and elective courses by the student's department through the [Core Curriculum] path.
\r\nFAQ：
\r\n(1) " Permission denied" which means that you do not have the priority of this class. For more details, please contact the Dept. of course offering for further information of assistance.
\r\n(2) Students will be assigned according to computer-randomized numbers within a class quota. The most common situations of not distributed are as below:
\r\nCourse schedule conflict.
\r\nThe course is full.
\r\nCourse distribution limit. (EX: General education course/Core course).
\r\nIt is recommended that students fill up their volunteers when they choose common courses. After the selection, they could adjust courses after the beginning of the semester.

\r\n‘Online Course Add and Drop Application Form’ is for students who were unable to add or drop courses online due to special circumstances during the course registration period, and also got the permission from the course instructor.
