- <![CDATA[因應114學年度畢業典禮辦理，惠請各開課單位及授課教師配合辦理應屆畢業生參與典禮之權益保障事宜。]]>課務組115-03-31<![CDATA[一、畢業典禮為莘莘學子重要之學習里程碑，為兼顧教學進度與學生參與畢業典禮之權益，特此宣導。<br />
二、本校114學年度畢業典禮訂於115年6月12日（星期五）下午辦理，敬請當日下午有排課之教師，先行盤點修課學生中是否有應屆畢業生，若因應屆畢業生參與畢業典禮無法出席課程，得採非同步線上教學、彈性調整上課/考試時間/補考等替代方案；應屆畢業生出席畢業典禮得請公假出席，不列入課程缺席扣分，以兼顧其修業與參與畢業典禮之權益。<br />
三、請各開課單位協助轉知授課教師相關事宜，並協助落實相關配套措施。<br />
四、有關本校畢業典禮辦理事宜，請洽學務處課外活動輔導一、二組。<br />

1. The announcement aims to underscore the graduation ceremony symbolizes a significant milestone in our students’ academic journeys. Our goal is to balance teaching progress with the rights of graduating student to attend the graduation ceremony. <br />
2. The ceremony is scheduled for the afternoon of Friday 12 June 2026. Instructors with classes scheduled during this time are kindly requested to implement the following measures: <br />
• Identify whether there are graduating students enrolled in your courses. <br />
• If graduating students are unable to attend class due to the ceremony, please adopt alternative arrangements, such as asynchronous online teaching, adjusting class/exam schedules, or providing make-up exams. <br />
• Graduating students shall be granted official leave to attend the ceremony; such absences should not result in any grade deductions against their attendance records.<br />
3. Each course-offering unit is requested to disseminate information to all instructors and assist in the implementation of these supporting measures.<br />

主旨：有關本校114下學期選課的重要事宜，如附說明，請查照。<br />
<br />
說明：<br />
一、選課之前，請務必了解「<a href="https://aa.nycu.edu.tw/aa/ch/app/folder/2509" title="學士班必修科目表」、「碩博班修課規定">學士班必修科目表」、「碩博班修課規定</a>」。<br />
<br />
二、選課網址：本校生請由陽明交大<a href="https://portal.nycu.edu.tw/#/links/nycu" title="單一入口">單一入口</a>，請點選「陽明交通大學」-「一般選課系統」。<br />
<br />
三、初選前請先「填答問卷」<br />
(一)114上學期填答教學反應問卷時間為：114年11月10日-114年12月28日<br />
(二)填答完以上問卷後，請按「重新整理」後，再「選課」。<br />
<br />
四、選課前，請先「課程規劃」(非正式選課)。<span style="color:#d35400;">選課時間，同學從「課程規劃」區將課程加入正式「選課」清單。</span><br />
(一)「課程規劃」：非正式選課，所以無衝堂檢查、無擋修限制、無主開系所設定的選課優先權(系所/年級)限制。<br />
若系上課程共掛為校共同核心課程，將從選課路徑判斷其選別。選課路徑：選擇【學系】時，會認列為系上「必修/選修課程」；選擇【核心課程】時，將會認列為「核心課程」。惟博雅書苑與該學系規定其課程僅能作為學系必修/選修課程時，請勿從【核心課程】路徑選修該課程，避免無法符合畢業條件。如欲調整選別，請從課程規劃區刪除課程後，重新選擇正確的路徑再加選課程。<br />
(二)「選課期間」，同學從「課程規劃」區將課程加入正式「選課」清單。<br />
(1)正式選課有衝堂、擋修、選課優先權(系所/年級)等限制。若系統顯示「未開放」，表示該課程有選課優先權對象限制(系所/年級)，如有疑問請洽「主開單位」助理。(助理依照學生選課需求，不同選課階段會有不同的選課優先權的限制)。<br />
(2)正式選課期間，因選課系統會有衝堂、擋修、選課優先權等檢核機制，需要運算時間，如同時上線人數較多時會造成系統運作較慢，請同學耐心等候，並可參考選課系統內系統運作情形(塞車燈號)。<br />

六、碩博士班生必修課程，請同學參考各系所專班修課規定後，務必上網選課。(例如：書報討論、論文研究、個別研究、專題研究等等)<br />

七、學士班同學選修「學士班共同」<br />
(一)校共同(核心、語言溝通、體育等)：<span style="color:#d35400;">請留意校共同課程之上課地點(如[YM]或[GF])</span>。<br />
(二)院共同：目前有管理學院、資訊學院、電機系、工學院。<br />
<br />
八、選課常見問題：<br />
(一)選課顯示「<span style="color:#d35400;">未開放</span>」，表示你未有該課程的選課優先權，若想進一步了解狀況，<span style="color:#d35400;">請洽主開單位助理</span>。<br />
(二)選課分發是系統亂數隨機分發，若沒分發上最常見狀況為：<br />
(1)課程衝堂。<br />
(2)課程人數已滿。<br />
(3)課程分發上限。(核心與語言溝通的各階段分發上限。微積分、物理、體育與院共同課程之同類課程最多分發上一門。建議同學加選共同課程，請將志願加滿，選上後，於開學後加退選階段再調整。<br />
<br />
九、學生選課作業已全面網路化，同學選課以網路為主。但在特殊情況下(如：必修課程退選、人數已滿課程加選、優先權限制)，無法於網路加退選時，學生請先詢問該課程是否開放書面加選。若可接受書面加選，請同學填寫『<a href="https://aa.nycu.edu.tw/aa/ch/app/data/view?module=nycu0038&id=2508&serno=daf0d31f-4509-450d-9653-bdbcc8f2726e" title="網路選課加退選處理表">網路選課加退選處理表</a>』。繳單後，請同學務必上選課系統確認課程，自己欲修習的所有課程皆要與網路上課表一致(最後的選課情形以「一般選課系統」為主)。<br />

(一)寒假課程成績暫列在114學年度第1學期，但不列入114學年度第1學期的學期平均成績及學期排名計算。<br />
(二)115學年度系統完備後，寒假課程將與暑期課程做法相同，獨立於寒暑期課程成績欄位。<br />
<br />
<span style="color:#d35400;"><strong>五、課程開班條件：</strong></span><br />
(一)繳費人數達16人以上。<br />
(二)專任教師課程選課人數已達一般學期規定之最低選課人數，經專案簽請教務長核准者可開課。<br />
(三)寒假課程繳費人數低於16人是否停開，以課務組1月5日(一)下午17:00公告為準，停開課程已繳之學分費全額退費，退費手續請依課務組公告辦理。<br />
<br />
六、其他重要事項：<br />
(一)學生於寒假修課期間，若因特殊原因而無法繼續修讀課程者，得在期末考前申請停修課程，但不得辦理退費。<br />
(二)新生修課後放棄入學資格，不受理退費，若要申請寒修成績證明，須補繳選讀生相關費用差額。<br />
(三)學生於114學年度第1學期休學的學生請勿寒假選課，不受理退費。<br />
(四)本學年寒假選課不開放校際選修。<br />

3. Grade Entry<br />
A. Winter session course grades will be temporarily recorded under the fall semester of Academic Year 2025, but will NOT be included in the semester average and rankings. <br />
B. In Academic Year 2026-2027, winter session courses will be recorded independently, similar arrangement to the summer course.<br />
<br />
4. Winter Session Course Opening Conditions<br />
A Course will be opened if at least 16 students have completed payment.<br />
B. Courses taught by full-time faculty may be opened with fewer students if the enrollment meets the minimum requirement of regular semesters and approval is granted by the Dean of Academic Affairs.<br />
C. Whether a course will be cancelled will be determined according to the announcement made by Division of Curriculum on January 5 (Monday) at 17:00. For cancelled courses, the credit fees will be fully refunded. Please follow the refund procedures announced by the Division of Curriculum. <br />
<br />
<strong>Other important information:</strong><br />
1. Students who are unable to continue their winter session course(s) due to special circumstances may apply for course withdrawal before the final exam. However, no refunds will be issued.<br />
2. Freshmen who cancel their admission after registering for winter session courses are not eligible for refunds. If a transcript of winter session course is needed, students must pay the differences in applicable fees.<br />

一、114下學期課程時間表已經公告。選課之前，請務必了解「學士班必修科目表」、「碩博班修課規定」。<br />
二、<span style="color:#c0392b;">選課前，請先「課程規劃」</span>：非正式選課，所以無衝堂檢查、無擋修限制、無主開系所設定的選課優先權(系所/年級)限制。<br />

四、選課前，請先「課程規劃」(非正式選課)。選課時間，同學從「課程規劃」區將課程加入正式「選課」清單。<br />
(一)「課程規劃」：非正式選課，所以無衝堂檢查、無擋修限制、無主開系所設定的選課優先權(系所/年級)限制。<br />
若系上課程共掛為校共同核心課程，將從選課路徑判斷其選別。選課路徑：選擇【學系】時，會認列為系上「必修/選修課程」；選擇【核心課程】時，將會認列為「核心課程」。<span style="color:#d35400;">惟博雅書苑與該學系規定其課程僅能作為學系必修/選修課程時，請勿從【核心課程】路徑選修該課程，避免無法符合畢業條件</span>。如欲調整選別，請從課程規劃區刪除課程後，重新選擇正確的路徑再加選課程。<br />
<span style="color:#d35400;"> (二)「選課期間」，同學從「課程規劃」區將課程加入正式「選課」清單。</span><br />
(1)正式選課有衝堂、擋修、選課優先權(系所/年級)等限制。若系統顯示「未開放」，表示該課程有選課優先權對象限制(系所/年級)，如有疑問請洽「主開單位」助理。(助理依照學生選課需求，不同選課階段會有不同的選課優先權的限制)。<br />
(2)正式選課期間，因選課系統會有衝堂、擋修、選課優先權等檢核機制，需要運算時間，如同時上線人數較多時會造成系統運作較慢，請同學耐心等候，並可參考選課系統內系統運作情形(塞車燈號)。<br />

<span style="color:#d35400;">六、碩博士班生必修課程，請同學參考各系所專班修課規定後，務必上網選課。(例如：書報討論、論文研究、個別研究、專題研究等等)</span><br />

七、學士班同學選修「學士班共同」<br />
(一)校共同(核心、語言溝通、體育等)：請留意校共同課程之<span style="color:#d35400;">上課地點(如[YM]或[GF])。</span><br />
(二)院共同：目前有管理學院、資訊學院、電機系、工學院。<br />
<br />
八、選課常見問題：<br />
(一)選課顯示「未開放」，表示你未有該課程的選課優先權，若想進一步了解狀況，請洽主開單位助理。<br />
(二)選課分發是系統亂數隨機分發，若沒分發上最常見狀況為：<br />
(1)課程衝堂。<br />
(2)課程人數已滿。<br />
(3)課程分發上限。(核心與語言溝通的各階段分發上限。微積分、物理、體育與院共同課程之同類課程最多分發上一門。建議同學加選共同課程，請將志願加滿，選上後，於開學後加退選階段再調整。<br />
<br />
九、學生選課作業已全面網路化，同學選課以網路為主。但在特殊情況下(如：必修課程退選、人數已滿課程加選、優先權限制)，無法於網路加退選時，學生請先詢問該課程是否開放書面加選。若可接受書面加選，請同學填寫『<a href="https://aa.nycu.edu.tw/aa/ch/app/data/view?module=nycu0038&id=2508&serno=daf0d31f-4509-450d-9653-bdbcc8f2726e" title="網路選課加退選處理表">網路選課加退選處理表</a>』。繳單後，請同學務必上選課系統確認課程，自己欲修習的所有課程皆要與網路上課表一致(最後的選課情形以「一般選課系統」為主)。<br />

(2) After completing the questionnaire, please reload the website then click on “Add and Drop Course” > “Adding of Course”.<br />

4.Before the official course selection period begins, click on “Emulator” icon to plan course schedule (please note that this does not mean you complete the course registration). During the course selection period, you must add the courses to the “register list” then check out the course selection result.<br />
(1) Emulator is for planning only, there will be no schedule conflict/restriction check.<br />
If you want to adjust the electives, please delete the original course from the emulator area and select a new path to add courses.<br />

一、選課之前，請務必了解「學士班必修科目表」、「碩博班修課規定」、「選課說明」、「課務訊息」及「問題集Q&A」。https://aa.nycu.edu.tw/chcourse/chourse-news<br />
<br />
二、選課網址：本校生請由陽明交大單一入口https://portal.nycu.edu.tw 請點選「陽明交通大學」-「一般選課系統」。(若無法登入，請改用「<span style="background-color:#ffff33;">無痕</span>」網頁模式)</span><br />
<br />
<span style="color:#e74c3c;">三、初選前請先「問卷填答」</span><br />
<span style="color:#2980b9;"> (一)112上學期『填答教學反應問卷』時間為：112年11月20日-113年1月14日。 <br />
(二)填答完以上問卷後，請按「重新整理」後，再進入「課程加退選」-「選課」。<br />
<br />
四、選課前，請先「課程規劃」(非正式選課)。選課時間，同學從「課程規劃區」將課程加入「正式選課清單」。<br />
(一)「課程規劃區」非正式選課，所以無衝堂檢查、無擋修限制、無主開系所設定的選課優先權(系所/年級)限制。</span><br />
<span style="color:#e74c3c;">(二)選課時間，同學從「課程規劃區」將課程加入「選課清單」。</span><span style="color:#2980b9;">正式選課有衝堂、擋修、選課優先權(系所/年級)等限制。若系統顯示「未開放」，表示該課程有選課優先權對象限制(系所/年級)，如有疑問請洽「主開單位」助理。(助理依照學生選課需求，不同選課階段會有不同的選課優先權的限制)<br />
五、112下學期學生選課時間為：<br />
(一)初選第一階段：1月2日中午12:00~1月5日上午10:00<br />
(1)選課時間：24小時不關機<br />
(2)選課分發：1月5日(五)上午10:00關機，系統進行有人數上限課程亂數分發。<br />
(二)初選第二階段：1月8日中午12:00~1月11日上午10:00<br />
(1)選課時間：24小時不關機<br />
(2)選課分發：1月11日(四) 上午10:00關機，系統進行有人數上限課程亂數分發。<br />
(三)初選第三階段：2月5日中午12:00~2月7日上午10:00<br />
(1)選課時間：24小時不關閉<br />
(2)選課分發：2月7日(三) 上午10:00關閉，系統進行有人數上限課程亂數分發。<br />
(四)開學後加退選：2月19日中午12:00~3月1日上午10:00 (最後選課截止為3月1日上午10:00)<br />
(1)選課時間：每日中午12:00至次日10:00止。<br />
(2)選課分發：每日上午10:00至中午12:00進行有人數上限課程之選課隨機分發。<br />
六、碩博士班生必修課程，請同學參考各系所專班修課規定後，務必上網選課。(例如：書報討論、論文研究、個別研究、專題研究等等)<br />
七、學士班同學選修「學士班共同」<br />
(一)校共同(通識/核心、外語/語言溝通、體育等)：請留意校共同課程之上課地點(如[YM]或[GF]) 。<br />
(二)院共同：目前有管理學院、資訊學院、電機學院。<br />
八、選課常見問題：<br />
(一)選課顯示「未開放」，表示你未有該課程的選課優先權，若想進一步了解狀況，請洽主開單位助理。<br />
(二)選課分發是系統亂數隨機分發，若沒分發上最常見狀況為：<br />
(1)課程衝堂。<br />
(2)課程人數已滿。<br />
(3)課程分發上限(EX：通識/核心)。建議同學加選共同課程時，將志願加滿，選上後，於開學後加退選階段再調整。<br />
九、學生選課作業已全面網路化，同學選課以網路為主。但在特殊情況下(如：必修課程退選、人數已滿課程加選、優先權限制)，無法於網路加退選時，學生請先詢問該課程是否開放書面加選。若可接受書面加選，請同學填寫『網路選課加退選處理表』。https://aa.nycu.edu.tw/chcourse/applicationform/ 。繳單後，請同學務必上選課系統確認課程，自己欲修習的所有課程皆要與網路上課表一致(最後的選課情形 以網路選課系統為主)。<br />
十、學生若有「課程與選課規劃」之事宜，請逕洽各所屬學系辦公室助理、導師。若有「選課系統操作」之事宜，請電洽課務組同仁。<br />

十、請同學務必於2月29日(四)前，上網檢查自己選課情形。「確認選課狀況」：選課情形以網路為主（自己欲修習課程請與網路上課表一致）。若是校際選修的同學：請於繳單次日上網確認校際選修的課程。<br />
十一、提醒大家：禁止濫用或干擾網路系統，違者將依校規處理。</span></div>

Please fill in the “Questionnaire on Response to Teaching” before stage 1 of course selection.<br />
(1) Questionnaire survey period for spring semester：Nov/20 2023 ~ Jan/14 2024<br />
(2) After completing the questionnaire, please reload the website then click on “Add and Drop Course” > “Adding of Course”.<br />
Before the official course selection period begins, click on “Emulator” icon to plan course schedule (please note that this does not mean you complete the course registration). During the course selection period, you must add the courses to the “register list” then check out the course selection result.<br />
(1) Emulator is for planning only, there will be no schedule conflict/restriction check.<br />
(2) During the course selection period, you must add courses to the “register list”. You may not be able to register a course if it conflicts with another course. If you see “Permission denied”, it means you are currently not eligible for the course registration. Please contact the Dept. of course offering for further information of assistance.<br />

(1) Accessible hours of the course registration system are 24 hours every day during the course selection period.<br />
(2) The system will be closed on Feb/7 10:00 AM. (students will be assigned according to computer-randomized numbers within a class quota)<br />
Add and drop course after classes begin：Feb/19 12:00 PM- Mar/1 10:00 AM (Deadline：Mar/1 10:00AM)<br />
(1) Accessible hours of the course registration system are from 12:00 PM every day to 10:00 AM next day.<br />
(2) The system will be closed from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM every day (students will be assigned according to computer-randomized numbers within a class quota)<br />

Graduate students please refer to the required course regulations of your programs and make sure you register the core courses as required.<br />
Common Required Courses：Please pay attention to the class location of common required courses in college and common required courses for undergraduate.<br />
FAQ：<br />
(1) " Permission denied" which means that you do not have the priority of this class. For more details, please contact the Dept. of course offering for further information of<br />
assistance.<br />
(2) Students will be assigned according to computer-randomized numbers within a class quota. The most common situations of not distributed are as below:<br />
Course schedule conflict.<br />
The course is full.<br />
Course distribution limit. (EX: General education course/Core course).<br />
It is recommended that students fill up their volunteers when they choose common courses. After the selection, they could adjust courses after the beginning of the semester<br />
<br />
‘Online Course Add and Drop Application Form’ is for students who were unable to add or drop courses online due to special circumstances during the course registration period, and also got the permission from the course instructor. After submitting the application form, please confirm your course list on course system (the result will be based on your course system records).<br />
