主旨:有關本校110上學期開學後加退選的重要事宜,如附說明,請 查照。
說明:
一、選課網址:本校生請由陽明交大單一入口https://portal.nycu.edu.tw 點選「陽明交通大學」-「一般選課系統」。

二、選課之前,請務必了解「學士班必修科目表」、「碩博班修課規定」、「選課系統操作說明」及課務組最新公告。
Please make sure you understand required course list for your major (undergraduate student) or required course regulation of your program (graduate students) and the latest course registration announcement and operation instructions.
三、大一新生的「共同課程-核心課程」請參考https://gec.nycu.edu.tw/

四、碩博士班生必修課程,請同學參考各系所專班修課規定後,務必上網選課。(例如:書報討論、論文研究、個別研究、專題研究等等)
Graduate students please refer to the required course regulation of your program and make sure you register the core courses as required.
五、選課前,請先「課程規劃」(非正式選課)。選課時間,同學從「課程規劃區」將課程加入「正式選課清單」。
Before the course registration periods begin, click “Emulator” button (please note that this does not mean you completed the course registration). During the course registration period, you should add course to your “regist list”.
1.「課程規劃區」非正式選課,所以無衝堂檢查、無擋修限制、無主開系所設定的選課優先權(系所/年級)限制。
2.選課時間,同學從「課程規劃區」將課程加入「選課清單」。正式選課有衝堂、擋修、選課優先權(系所/年級)等限制。若系統顯示「未開放」,表示該課程有選課優先權對象限制(系所/年級),如有疑問請洽「主開單位」助理。(助理依照學生選課需求,不同選課階段會有不同的選課優先權的限制)
- “ regist list”. You may not be able to register a course if it conflicts another course. If you see “Limited”, it means you are currently not eligible for the course registration. Please contact the Dept. of course offering for further information of assistance.
六、開學後加退選:9月13日上午11:00~9月30日上午9:00 (最後選課截止為9月30日早上9點)
1.選課時間:每日上午11點至次日9點止。
2.選課分發:每日上午9點至11點進行有人數上限課程之選課隨機分發。
Add/Drop period: 9/13 11:00 AM -9/30 9:00 AM (the deadline is 9/30 9:00 AM)
(1) The system will be open every day at 11:00 AM to 9:00 AM the next day during the course registration period.
(2) The system will be closed at 9:00-11:00 AM every day (will perform random distribution of courses with a size limit.)
七、學生選課作業已全面網路化,同學選課以網路為主。已建議各開課單位放寬選課限制。從本學期開始的「開學後加退選階段」,通識(核心)課程已「無」選課課程數的上限,請同學盡量於網路完成選課。
1.但在特殊情況下(如:必修課程退選、人數已滿課程加選、優先權限制),無法於網路加退選時,學生請先詢問該課程是否開放書面加選。若可接受書面加選,請同學填寫『網路選課加退選處理表』。
2.任課老師同意後可直接至「課務管理系統-選課系統」-「課程維護」-「維護」-幫學生加退選。或請學生將「任課老師」同意簽章的申請表Email或送交「主開課單位」助理協助處理。
3. 『網路選課加退選處理表』 https://aa.nycu.edu.tw/chcourse/applicationform/ 。繳單後,請同學務必上選課系統確認課程,自己欲修習的所有課程皆要與網路上課表一致(最後的選課情形 以網路選課系統為主)。
‘Online Course Add and Drop Application Form’ is for students who were unable to add or drop courses online due to special circumstances during the course registration period, and also got the permission from the course instructor
After submitting the application form, please confirm your course list on course system(the final result will be based on your course system records).
