【7/1-7/31報名】第七屆國際高教培訓暨認證邀您參與，共同教學提昇! 7th ELTHE program- Join us for teaching enhancement!
本校教務處國際高教培訓暨認證中心(HEAT)與英國Advance HE辦理2024年第七屆(2024-2025)國際高教培訓暨認證，將於7月報名；於8月、10月、1月進行3階段45小時培訓─ Enhancement in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education (ELTHE)，更精準聚焦於教師實際教學理論與實踐，跨國跨領域雙講師結合國際高教專業教學架構標準與在地教學實證，輔助教師系統性地提升高等教育專業教學知能及技巧、深入反思與探討教學、獲得具國際機構認可的教師教學專業評量，並輔助申請並獲得具國際公信力的高等教育專業教學認證（HEA Fellowship）。

- 提昇個人於高等教育的教學的職能發展
- 系統性獲得具國際機構認可的教學衡量標準與內容，建立教學符合國際高教專業教學架構標準
- 與其他領域教師共同討論與交流教學設計與經驗，形成教師教學社群與實踐

- 3階段培訓時間 (均需參加，3階段最多僅能請假3小時)：
- 2024/08/24-2024/08/27 Module 1-高教教學設計模組 ─4天實體授課(光復校區EA101)
- 2024/10/25 Interim Module-教學支持─3小時線上(9:00-12:00)
- 2025/1/6-2025/1/8 Module 2教學專業實踐模組─ 1天線上(1/6)、2天實體(1/7-1/8光復校區EA101)

NYCU HEAT cooperates with Advance HE of the United Kingdom to offer faculty a three-stage, 45-hour professional teaching training. This Certificate of Learning and Teaching in Higher Education program assists teachers, doctoral students, and postdoctoral researchers in enhancing their expertise and skills in higher education teaching. Following the training, participants will be supported in applying for and obtaining international higher education professional teaching certification (HEA Fellowship).

- Enhance individual professional development in higher education teaching.
- Systematically acquire internationally recognized teaching standards and content, establishing teaching practices in accordance with international higher education professional frameworks.
- Engage in discussions and exchange teaching designs and experiences with teachers from various fields, forming a teacher teaching community and practical insights.
- Provide opportunities for individual reflection and discussion on research/teaching, fulfilling commitments to teaching/student learning.
- Obtain credible international teaching certification from Advance HE in the United Kingdom.
Three-stage training schedule (mandatory attendance for all stages, with a maximum of half-day leave):
- 2024/8/24-8/27: Higher Education Teaching and Learning (At EA101, Guangfu Campus)
- 2024/10/25: Interim Module (9:00-12:00 Online)
- 2025/1/6-1/8:Enhancing Professional Practices in Higher Education (1 days online, 2 day at EA101, Guangfu Campus)
- Certification submission period: 2025/2/1~4/30
