新版校徽版學位證書即日起開放換發！NYCU is now open for alumni who possess diploma without the school badge to apply for a new version with the school badge!
1.換發對象：110年2月至112年5月持無校徽版學位證書之校友。
2.申請方式：請至本校學籍成績文件申請系統線上填單申請。
3.取件方式：
(1)到校取件(免申請費用，並請於原校區取件)。
(2)郵寄取件(需自費郵資)。
4.請參閱附件申請流程說明。
5.如有任何問題，請洽註冊一二組：
(1)註冊一組(陽明校區)：02-28250296；registration@nycu.edu.tw。
(2)註冊二組(光復校區)：03-5131460；regapp@nycu.edu.tw。

※Application Method: Visit NYCU Academic Document Application System to fill in the application from online.
※Pickup Method:
(1) Pick up at school: No application fee and please pick up your new version of the diploma at the campus where you were originally enrolled.
(2) Mail Application: Postage at Your Own Expense.
