本校教務處國際高教培訓暨認證中心(HEAT)與英國Advance HE針對教師辦理3階段60小時教學專業培訓，
高教培訓課程主要輔助教師與博士生/博士後提昇高等教育專業教學知能及技巧,培訓後協助申請並獲得國際高等教育專業認證 (HEA Fellowship)。

- 參與培訓的優勢：
- 提昇個人於高等教育的教學的職能發展
- 系統性獲得具國際機構認可的教學衡量標準與內容，建立教學符合國際高教專業教學架構標準
- 與其他領域教師共同討論與交流教學設計與經驗，形成教師教學社群與實踐
- 提供個人針對研究/教學反思與探討的機會，實現對教學/學生學習的承諾
- 獲得英國Advance HE具公信力的國際教學認證證明
- 3階段培訓時間 (均需參加，3階段最多僅能請假半天)：
- 2023/9/4-2023/9/7 高等教育教與學 ─光復校區EA101實體授課
- 2023/11/4-2023/11/6 提升高等教育的專業實踐─2天線上(11/4-11/5)、1天實體 (11/6光復校區EA101)
- 2024/1/15-2024/1/17 領先高等教育內容的教與學─ 1天線上(1/15)、2天實體(1/16-1/17光復校區EA101)

NYCU HEAT cooperates with Advance HE of the United Kingdom to offer faculty a three-stage, 60-hour professional teaching training. This Certificate of Learning and Teaching in Higher Education program assists teachers, doctoral students, and postdoctoral researchers in enhancing their expertise and skills in higher education teaching. Following the training, participants will be supported in applying for and obtaining international higher education professional teaching certification (HEA Fellowship).

- Enhance individual professional development in higher education teaching.
- Systematically acquire internationally recognized teaching standards and content, establishing teaching practices in accordance with international higher education professional frameworks.
- Engage in discussions and exchange teaching designs and experiences with teachers from various fields, forming a teacher teaching community and practical insights.
- Provide opportunities for individual reflection and discussion on research/teaching, fulfilling commitments to teaching/student learning.
- Obtain credible international teaching certification from Advance HE in the United Kingdom.
Three-stage training schedule (mandatory attendance for all stages, with a maximum of half-day leave):
- 2023/9/4-2023/9/7: Higher Education Teaching and Learning (At EA101, Guangfu Campus)
- 2023/11/4-2023/11/6: Enhancing Professional Practices in Higher Education (2 days online, 1 day at EA101, Guangfu Campus)
- 2024/1/15-2024/1/17: Leading Teaching and Learning in Higher Education (1/15 online on , 1/16-1/17 at EA101, Guangfu Campus)
- Certification submission period: 2024/2/1~4/30
