本校電子成績單於113年10月15日正式開放申請。本校電子成績單係與臺灣網路認證公司(TWCA)合作，內容由可信度聲明、成績單及成績表說明組成，為可攜式文件格式(Portable Document Format，PDF)檔案。
電子成績單僅以PDF格式呈現，若檔案列印文本，則會出現「Copy of Official Document」字樣，表示該文件非本校發放之正式文件。
路徑及收費：從【學籍成績文件申請系統】進入申請，每次收費 NT$ 200，可寄送 2 個 E-mail Address，每增加 1 個 E-mail Address  再加收 NT$ 20。
提醒：電子成績單寄送方式僅以學校電子公務信箱發送經電子簽章的成績單。請確認收件單位可接受此一遞送方式後，再行申請。若無法受理，建議以「紙本彌封遞送方式」申請，以保障您的權益。
注意：目前電子成績單建議合校後已畢業之校友申請。在校生(含成績未到齊之學生)及尚未領取畢業證書之應屆畢業生，因成績資料尚會改變，建議申請紙本成績單。電子成績單經申請、入帳立即製發，如因成績不全難以適用由申請人自行負責，本校不再重新製作，不便之處，敬請見諒。

The official electronic transcript has been available for application since October 15, 2024. Our university cooperates with TWCA to issue the official electronic transcript. The content consists of the statement of authenticity, the body of the transcript, and the transcript guide. It is a portable PDF file.

The Official PDF Transcript is considered official in PDF format only. If printed, the words Copy of Official Document will appear to indicate that the paper copy is not an official institutional document.
Accessing the System:
NYCU Academic Document Application System 
The fee for each application containing two email address is NTD$200. NTD$20 will be charged for each additional email address.
The official electronic transcript which has been digitally signed will be sent via the university official email address only. The student should make certain that the recipient is willing to accept the electronic transcript as an official document. Otherwise it is recommended to send a sealed official paper transcript to the recipient to protect your rights and interests.
We suggest that the electronic academic transcript be ordered by alumni.   The current students (including students who have not received all their grades), and new graduates who have not yet received their diplomas order the paper academic transcript, as the contents of the transcript are not yet final. Your electronic academic transcript will be processed immediately after we receive your payment. If the electronic academic transcript cannot be used because your grades have not come out completely, you must be responsible for it. Once your electronic academic transcript has been emailed, we are unable to reissue an electronic academic transcript without a new order and additional payment. Thank you for your understanding.
