學生學業成績及排名說明

- 依據：本校學生成績作業要點辦理。
- 適用對象及時間：自109學年度第2學期起在校學生適用。
- 學業成績評分方式：自110學年度起全面採等第制。但性質特殊之科目得採通過/不通過之考評方式。
- 排名：
- 學士班學生的每學期成績排名，於次學期上課開始日起二週內排定。
- 研究所學生因修課差異性大，不予排名。
- 學士班學生提供下列三種成績單：
- 不附排名成績單。
- 區間排名成績單(附該班百分比區段對應之學業平均成績分布圖)，分前5%、5~10%、10~25%、25~50%、50%後。
- 精確排名成績單。
- 操行成績：
- 自109學年度第2學期起，學生學業成績單僅顯示學生學業成績，如有需操行成績相關證明文件，請向生活輔導組詢問及申請。
- 出國交換之學生成績計算說明如下：
- 在境外修課學分與成績於返校後均應登錄，惟是否列計畢業學分由學生所屬系所審定。
- 境外修習之課程成績，及格以「P」，不及格以「F」、未完成以「I」登錄。
- 學分轉換依出國修習的學校學分制度進行學分轉換，轉換說明請詳見本校成績作業要點說明。

- Applicable to students enrolled in Spring Semester, Year 2020-2021.
- The Academic Grading will be applied from Fall Semester, 2021-2022. Some subjects might adopt the Pass/Fail grading system due to their special characteristics.
- Grade Ranking:
- Undergraduate students will get their grade rankings on the second week after the first class of the following semester.
- There will be no grade ranking for graduate students because they take very different courses.
- We offer three different types of transcripts for undergraduate students:
- Transcript without academic ranking.
- Transcript with ambiguous ranking (including Class Rank Percentile Chart): top 5%, 5~10%, 10~25%, 25~50% , 50%, bottom 50%.
- Transcript with ranking.
- Conduct grade:
- Starting from Spring Semester, 2020-2021, the transcript will only show academic grades. Students who need to get their conduct grades can make a request to the Division of Student Assistance.
- Grade calculations for overseas exchange students:
- All grades received from the overseas courses should be recorded, and the department/institute can decide whether the grades will be counted as graduation credits.
- Overseas course grades should be recorded as follows: P(Pass), F(Fail), and I(Incomplete).
- The grade calculations should follow the grading system of the overseas university students went to. For the calculation instructions, please refer to NYCU Guidelines for Academic Grading.
