公告本校學士班學生就學期間服役彈性修業措施及申請書 Flexible Study Measures and Application Form for Undergraduate Students of NYCU Doing Military Service During Their Studies
一、依教育部112年6月21日臺教高通字第1122201886號函及大學校院學士班學生就學期間服役彈性修業實施指引辦理。
二、本校學士班學生就學期間服役彈性修業措施(下載附件1)項目包含學期修課學分數、暑期修課、跨校選課、休學年限及修業年限、提前畢業、學習銜接與輔導等，另本校因應之彈性修業措施及該項目之校內諮詢單位詳如附件1，若有任何疑問，可逕洽相關單位。
三、本校學士班學生就學期間服役彈性修業申請書如下載附件2(doc格式 odt格式)。
Flexible Study Measures and Application Form for Undergraduate Students of NYCU Doing Military Service During Their Studies
1. It is conducted in accordance with the Letter Tai-Jiao-Gao-Tong-Zhi No.1122201886 June 21, 2023, of the Ministry of Education and the implementation guidelines for flexible study for undergraduate students doing military service during their studies.
2. Flexible study measures available to NYCU undergraduate students doing military service during their studies include credits per semester, summer courses, Cross-college Course, Leave of Absence period and study period, earlier graduation, academic continuation and counseling, and other measures. NYCU’s flexible study measures introduced in response to the Letter and on-campus consulting units for the measures are detailed in the attachment. If you have any questions, please contact the relevant units.
