112學年度轉系錄取名單暨台聯大轉校名單 The list of Students Approved for Department Transfer and Inter-School Transfer under the UST in Academic Year 2023
  • 112校內轉系錄取名單暨申請台聯大轉出名單,如附件
  • 112學年度台灣聯合大學系統學生轉校核准名單,<名單下載>
  • 注意事項:
    • 學號、班別:申請轉電機系、資工系、奈米學士班及醫學系,班別依公告名單;除醫學系外若該系有AB兩班,單數學號在A班,偶數學號在B班。學號仍是舊學號
    • 學生證換發:若欲換發,請於8月28日以後辦理(須自費)並確認學系已更新。
    • 路徑:[單一入口網頁]→[陽明交通大學]→[校園IC卡掛失系統]
    • 選課:原學系之必修課程及轉入系之必修課程於選課期間,自行加退選。
    • 註冊繳費:請於8月28日以後於繳費期限內自行完成繳費(下載後請務必確認是否為新的學系名稱)
    • 學雜費繳費單請於繳費期限內自行至學校[單一入口網頁]點選[學雜費系統]或至學雜費系統,即可下載列印繳費單。
    • 原系修習之課程,要承認為轉入學系之必修、必選課程,可依轉入學系之規定,申請課程免修
    • 課程免修申請單可於[註冊組網頁]→[各類申請表]→[成績相關]→[免修學分申請表]下載。
    • 本校學生轉系所辦法第四條規定經核准轉系之學生於錄取名單公告後一週內,得填具書面申請書向註冊組申請放棄。若要放棄轉系,請於8月24日(星期四)下午5點前完成。   (校內轉系組放棄申請書)

  • The list of students approved for department transfer and applying for transferring out of the UST in the academic year 2023 is shown in the attachment.
  • The list of students approved for inter-school transfer under the University System of Taiwan (UST) in the academic year 2023. <Download the List>
  • Notes:
    • Student ID number and class: For students applying for transfer to the Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering, the Department of Computer Science, the Undergraduate Honors Program of Nano Science and Engineering, and the School of Medicine, please refer to the announced list for their class. If there are Class A and Class B in the departments except for the School of Medicine, students with an odd student ID number are in Class A, and those with an even student ID number are in Class B. The student ID number remains the same.
  • Student ID card reissue: To reissue a student ID card, please file an application (at your own cost) after August 28 and make sure that the department has been updated.

  • Course registration: Please add or drop from the required courses for the original department and the department you are transferring to during course registration.
  • Registration and payment: Please complete the payment within the payment period after August 28 (after downloading, please make sure that the name of the department is updated).
  • For your bill of tuition and miscellaneous fees, please go to [NYCU Portal] and click [Tuition fee System] or go to the Tuition fee System: https://tuition.nycu.edu.tw to download and print the registration bill within the payment period.
  • To recognize the courses completed in the original department as the required courses in the department you are transferring to, you may apply for a course waiver in accordance with the regulations of the department you are transferring to.
A course waiver application form may be downloaded at [Division of Registrar’s Website] → [Application Forms] → [About Grades & Credit Transfer] → [Credit Waiver Application Form].
  • According to Article 4 of the NYCU Regulations for Transfer of Students between Departments/Institutes, within one week after publication of the list of students approved for department transfer, any such student may file a written application to the Division of Registrar to decline transfer. To give up your transfer to another department, please file a written application by 5 p.m. on August 24 (Thursday).
