註：
1、此信件是對全校所有學生公告信，不需要(停修)者可忽略!
2、停修申請表請至課務組索取或至課務組網頁→表格。(流程為①任課教師②系所主管簽核，再送③本校課務組處理。若有偽造文書等不法情事將不予受理，並追究法律責任。)
3、若同學欲停修【AI聯盟課程】，請依下列說明辦理停修
(1)「578101機器導航與探索」：不接受期中停修。
(2)「535518深度學習」、「578001人工智慧倫理」，經校內任課/協同教師同意後，依本校時程(申請至5月22日截止)與申請流程辦理。  
(3)「578000機率與統計」、「578100生成式AI的人文導論」、「578102智慧製造執行系統」、「578103大型語言模型與資訊安全系統」、「578104生成式 AI 應用系統與工程」等5門課程，為利主導課程老師統一跨校管理學生名單，學生須透過 NTU COOL 平台提出期中停修申請。於4月27日~5月10日17:00 PM至 NTU COOL 平台填寫「期中停修意願申請表單」(相關停修申請訊息亦公告於E3)，每人限填一次且不可修改。通過後，請5月22日（五）下午5點前填寫本校的「停修申請表」(流程為①任課教師(免簽)②系所主管簽核，再送③本校課務組處理)。

4、因為業務環環相扣，麻煩同學若需要申請停修本校課程，請於5月22日（五）下午5點前完成。(若有問題，請於期限內至課務組詢問處理，逾期不受理)
5、同學常問之停修問題：
(1)【校際選修課程】請於兩校最早截止日期前辦理，並請外校課務組簽核(如：清華大學停修截止日為5月8日(五))。
(2)成績單上，停修課程會註記W，不會打分數或影響平均分數。
(3)目前已取消【停修課程數】與【每學期最低應修學分數】之限制，請同學自行斟酌自己的畢業學分數辦理。
(4)繳交申請表後，請同學務必上「一般選課系統」確認該課程註記為停修。

2.Please obtain both the instructor’s and department chair’s approvals then submit the application form to the Division of Curriculum by the deadline: 17:00 PM May 22, 2026.
The approval procedure is as follows:

3. Withdrawal for TAICA Mirror courses are as follows:
578000 Probability and Statistics
578100 Introducing Generative AI for the Humanities
578102 Intelligent Manufacturing Execution Systems
578103 Applying Large Language Models in Cybersecurity Systems
578104 Generative AI Application Systems and Engineering
To ensure unified cross-campus student management, students are required to submit their midterm withdrawal applications via the NTU COOL platform. The application form will be available from April 27 to 17:00 PM May 10 2026, and each student may submit only once.
Upon approval, students must complete NYCU’s official Course Withdrawal Application Form by Friday, 17:00 PM May 22, 2026.
The withdrawal approval procedure is as follows:
Course instructor (signature not required) → ② Department chairperson → ③ Division of Curriculum.
578101  Robotic Navigation and Exploration ：Withdrawal is not accepted.

4.The withdrawal course will be marked with a "W" on the transcript.
